Terms & Conditions

  • All boats are rented without crew. Boats can be rented only by hirers over 18 years old and only to Licensed pilots.
  • Boats are rented and returned in Ornos beach. If otherwise a specified location must be mutually agreed by us and the client.
  • All safety on board equipment is provided by us.
  • All boats are individually insured.
  • Boats are delivered to client after full inspection and supplied with fuel & water deposit.
  • Our tours are available only under good and acceptable weather conditions.
  • All documents concerning boat hire will be filled and signed prior to embarkation, therefore the hirer is obliged to present a valid passport and/or ID.
  • For your convenience we recommend that you book your tour at least 24hrs. ahead.

    • Payment
  • Booking is completed only after 20% of the fare is deposited and the remaining amount will be paid prior to embarkation. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    • Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations received 72 hours prior to tour or rental commencement are refundable.
  • Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour or rental commencement are non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable.
